Educational Maintenance Allowance

If people are at School or College they can apply for or renew an Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) - mygov.scot

EMA is a weekly payment of £30, paid every 2 weeks in arrears. If an individual qualifies based on the information in the above link, they will need to apply directly to their school or college. Student support teams will be able to help people apply and guide them through the process.
