EDF Customer Support

EDF offers support to vulnerable customers. This includes help with bills and debts. In some cases they can also provide essential white goods such as fridge or cookers.

To apply, customer must first access FREE money advice from their local citizen’s advice bureau, or online services such as StepChange or Income Max.

Then apply online with the EDF account number, current debt balances and details of vulnerability.
