ScottishPower offers support to clear or reduce customer debts if any of the following applies:

  • Customer is on a qualifying benefit:

    • Income support

    • job seekers allowance

    • pension credit

    • Employment and Support Allowance

  • Customer has a low-income household

  • Customer has special circumstances, for example reduced income due to illness.

To apply:

  1. Access Money Advice such as local Citizen’s Advice Bureau, or StepChange

  2. Submit an application online, or by telephone by contacting Sigma Connected on 0121 285 2595
